Kongsberg Maritime has been chosen to supply a latest offshore vessel bridge simulator and modern multi-types crane simulator hardware and software for new born LERUS Training Center. The project to be carried out during the summer-late autumn 2012 and will include full installation of the simulation systems on a base of new building located near historical part of the Odessa city.

The selected solutions will allow to use different types of offshore vessels with different navigational situations in realistic environment. All  bridge simulator models can be integrated with the GlobalSim Crane simulator to provide enhanced team training scenarios. Also Crane simulator will allow to generate multi-types offshore and floating construction cranes and their realistic working environments.

The real power of the simulators is in the realism generated by the careful matching of software and hardware. Our simulator facilities will provide this realism, to ensure students receive high quality training across our wide range of courses.
